Kelle Carter Market Garden Project Manager La Boca Center for Sustainabilit Kelle graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina, with a degree in Agroecology and Sustainable Development.  She spent the last five years living in northern New Mexico managing a research farm for Seeds Of Change, an organic seed company.  Kelle moved to Bayfield in the Fall of 2008 to be closer to the Mountains.  Kelle spends her summers in the sun as a farmer and her winters are spent working as a ski patroller for Wolf Creek Ski Area.
