Usually students' favorite part, meeting Dan the Blacksmith 

Dan demonstrates how he makes horseshoes & recycles metal in his worshop

 Lunch time allows students to enjoy some free time at the Ranch

     
 Zack explains how bees in the beehive help us pollinate the garden & provide honey It's always exciting when the bus rolls up Thursday mornings  The garden in full effect: carrots, radishes, spinach galore!
   
 The carrot wash  Making a salad with fresh organic veggies! Carrots never tasted so good!
